You must bring the following required documentation with you to complete registration:
REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION
- Child's Birth Certificate
- Child's Social Security Card
- Up-to-Date Shot Record ( only requirement needed to register at early learning center)
- Proof of Residence
- Proof of income-
- 2 Most Recent Pay Stubs SNAP/Food Stamp Benefits
